Yearly costs ten times the monthly price, so two months are not charged. Lite: $80 a year, where two months at $8 is $16 and twelve months at $8 is $96. Standard: $200 a year, where two months at $20 is $40 and twelve months is $240. Premium: $1,000 a year, where two months at $100 is $200 and twelve months is $1,200. Exclusive: $2,000 a year, where two months at $200 is $400 and twelve months is $2,400. US prices, before tax.

How does usage work?

Each plan has a token quota, shown against Standard. A usage view will show how much of each usage window you have used, in percent. No quota amount is shown yet.

What happens at the limit?

Can I get a refund?

What about taxes and regional prices?

Outside the US the price shown is the total, tax included. In the US prices are shown before tax. Regional prices follow.

Ways to buy

Three product shapes. None can be bought yet.

These purchase terms are a draft and are pending legal review.

Subscription. Monthly or yearly, renewing until you cancel. It starts at once on your consent. [pending legal review] The refund rule for a subscription is waiting for review.

Time key. Prepaid, bought once, for 7, 30, 90 or 365 days. A key gives exactly what a subscriber of the same plan has for the same number of days.

  • A key adds time to your account, up to 36 months.
  • An unredeemed key is refundable in full within 14 days of purchase, and expires 12 months after purchase. [pending legal review]
  • 2 keys per order, and 4 per account per sale window or per rolling 30 days.
  • A key is non-transferable and binds to your account when you activate it. [pending legal review]

Usage credits. Prepaid units of Kolwen’s own metered service. They are used only at Kolwen and cannot be moved to anyone else or cashed out. Unused credits are refundable at the price you paid, within 14 days. [pending legal review] Whether credits expire has not been decided yet.

price(country, tier) = tier_ratio × 0.358% × mean monthly wage, rounded.

  • Plans differ on one capacity axis: token quota. Against Standard, Lite carries 0.4x, Standard 1x, Premium 5x and Exclusive 10x. No quota amount is shown yet.
  • Outside the US, the price shown is the total, tax included. In the US, prices are shown before tax.
